Audio Quality: What Actually Matters
The biggest factor in audio quality is not the format or bitrate — it is the recording itself. A 320kbps MP3 of poor audio is still poor audio. A 128kbps MP3 of clean studio recording sounds excellent.
If the video you are extracting from was recorded in a noisy environment, with wind noise, or using a poor microphone, the extracted audio reflects that. The conversion tool cannot improve what was never captured.
